Our Story: Empowering Operations Professionals to Thrive

The Ops Group was founded by Peter Hainsworth, an experienced operations professional and organizational leader who recognized the need for a space where operations professionals can connect, learn, and lead.

Peter developed his skillset in a silo, with little access to those in similar roles to his own. Because of his career trajectory, and 'party of one' experiences, he created The Ops Group- a place where connection and growth are fostered, where no one feels alone, siloed, or misunderstood. Because Peter achieved success through determination and skill development, the challenges faced by operations leaders are at the heart of The Ops Group.

We provide a supportive environment where you can break free from the limitations of traditional office thinking, overcome obstacles, and grow both professionally and personally.

I can't really describe how The Ops Group has positively impacted my mindset and career trajectory. What I thought would be a nice place to connect outside of the office, quickly turned into a place where I could learn, was encouraged & inspired, and made like-minded friends who support me wholeheartedly.
